Whilst every reasonable care will be taken when loading, transporting and unloading bicycles, neither Stanley Coaches, the Great North Bike Ride, nor the Chris Lucas Trust accepts responsibility for any loss of or damage to bicycles, accessories or other personal property whilst in transit.
Participants use the bicycle transport service entirely at their own risk and are advised to ensure that they have appropriate insurance cover for their bicycle and any accessories.
By using the bicycle transport service, participants acknowledge and accept these conditions.
Please remove all detachable accessories, including cycle computers, lights, pumps, tool kits and water bottles before handing your bicycle over for transport.
